Terms of Service & Guarantee
Last updated: July 2026. Official terms governing Pantom website creation, fast-track queues, and subscription tiers.
1. The £0 Upfront Build & Approval Terms
Pantom agrees to design and assemble a custom Next.js website for approved UK trade applicants at zero upfront cost. The tradesman receives a live preview link upon completion. No recurring hosting subscription payments commence until the tradesman inspects, approves, and signs off on the live site preview.
2. Priority Fast-Track (£50 Priority Fee)
Applicants selecting the £50 Priority Fast-Track option skip the standard monthly waitlist. The £50 fee covers immediate priority allocation in our 24-hour design sprint. Fast-Track fees are non-refundable once design compilation has commenced.
3. Monthly Hosting Subscriptions & 14-Day Cancellation
Post-approval subscriptions (£49/mo Foundation, £99/mo Active Tradesman, £199/mo Automator) operate on rolling 30-day billing terms with no long-term lock-in contracts. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers maintain a 14-day statutory right of cancellation from subscription sign-off.
4. Annual Website MOT & Maintenance Scope
Active subscribers on all tiers receive an Annual Website MOT (complete design refresh every 12 months). Active Tradesman and Automator subscribers receive monthly photo updates submitted via WhatsApp. Pantom reserves the right to reject low-resolution or non-trade relevant photo submissions.
