2. WhatsApp Lead Routing Data Processing
When an end-customer submits a quote request or contact form on a Pantom-hosted trade website, we process personal data (Name, UK Postcode, Contact Number, Job Details) strictly for the purpose of instant lead delivery via our encrypted Evolution API webhook engine directly to the designated tradesman's WhatsApp.
• Zero third-party data selling, renting, or monetization.
• All lead payloads encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Intermediate webhook logs purged automatically on 30-day rolling cycles.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process tradesman application details under Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR (Contractual Necessity) to fulfill website creation and hosting agreements. Customer lead inquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) (Legitimate Interest) to connect active trade service requesters with verified UK contractors.
