By submitting your information, requesting a quote, or engaging the services of any contractor operating within our network, you explicitly agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

PART 1: PRIVACY & COMMUNICATION POLICY

We take your privacy seriously. This section explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, specifically regarding phone and email communications.

1. Explicit Consent for SMS and Email Communications By providing your telephone number and email address via our online forms, you explicitly consent to receive phone calls, SMS text messages, and emails from our network of contractors. These communications will be strictly related to:

Providing estimates and quotes for your requested project.

Scheduling, appointment reminders, and technician dispatch updates.

Invoicing and project follow-ups.

2. SMS Opt-Out & Communication Management You retain full control over your communications.

To opt-out of SMS text messages: Simply reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us. You will be immediately unsubscribed from further SMS alerts.

To opt-out of emails: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email.

Note: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

3. Data Protection & Sharing We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information (including your phone number) to third-party marketing companies. Your data is strictly shared only with the specific, vetted contractor assigned to quote and complete your requested home improvement project. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.


PART 2: TERMS OF SERVICE

The following terms apply to all quotes, estimates, and physical works carried out by contractors utilizing our platform.

1. Estimates & Quotes Unless otherwise stated in writing, all estimates provided are valid for 30 days. Estimates are based on a visual inspection or details provided by the client. Should unforeseen structural, electrical, or plumbing issues be discovered once work commences, the contractor reserves the right to halt work and issue a revised quote.

2. Property Access & Preparations The client agrees to provide the contractor with reasonable access to the property during standard working hours. The client is responsible for moving fragile items, furniture, and vehicles away from the immediate work zone prior to the contractor's arrival.

3. Payment Terms & Retention of Title All invoices must be paid in full upon completion of the specified work unless a formal 0% finance agreement has been officially approved and finalized through our lending partners.

Title of Goods: All materials, fixtures, boilers, and goods supplied remain the exclusive, legal property of the contractor until the invoice is paid in full. The contractor reserves the right to legally re-enter the premises to recover their property if payment is withheld, severely delayed, or defaulted upon.

4. Dispute Resolution Any disputes regarding workmanship or billing must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project completion. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and professionally in accordance with standard UK trading laws.
